So I haven’t been to the gym in a while. I’m going to meet with my trainer tonight and I know she’s going to kick my butt. I’m hoping this will get me on track with my weightloss.
My eating today has been horrible. I skipped breakfast and had McDonald’s for lunch. But my healthy supper is cooking in my crockpot as I type.
Tomorrow will be better than today and the next day better than that.
Glad you are getting back to the gym, it’s so hard to find the time when you are a busy mom. It is worth putting your health first though, it makes us better moms
I have been back for about a week now and it’s always a struggle to get there but when I do get there, I feel great! I forgot how great it felt to work out and get the blood pumping! I kind of missed it.. one day at a time.
