If I hear one more person say weight loss is easy its calories in and calories out I might scream. In a perfect world this is true but in the real world there’s other factors to weight loss. The first step of weight loss is figuring out how you got to be the weight you are. Then theres the emotional waves you get before and during the weight loss process.And lets face it most overweight women not all but most have low self esteem and depression. Again I’m not saying everyone is like that but from my circle of friends this is a fact.
I’ve been so focused on the darn number on the scale lately I decided to stop looking at the number. Ive obsessed and drove myself crazy about all the number. Points, calories, weight and amount of steps etc.. I’m focusing on being healthy. I’ll eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full. I’ll focus on eating healthy foods and working out with my trainer.
